Juyi Metal Granulator is suitable for producing particles of various metals. For example, granulation of gold, silver, copper, zinc, lead, and their alloys. The metal materials can be pieces,sheets,plates, robs, pipes,powder and other forms.

During the vacuum granulation process, firstly, puts the metal material into the vacuum melting chamber, and after the metal is completely melted, it flows out through a porous crucible mold into a circulating water tank. After cooling, it forms regular metal particles.

Due to the fact that the metal melting process is carried out in a vacuum environment, it avoids metal oxidation and loss. At the same time, the melting chamber is equipped with an electromagnetic automatic stirring device, which allows all metal components to be fully mixed during the melting process, and also ensures that the formed alloy particles have a uniform texture, smooth surface, and no pores.

The Juyi vacuum granulator adopts a PID temperature control system, which can accurately control the melting temperature, and the temperature difference can be controlled within ± 2 ℃. This feature ensures that appropriate melting temperatures are set for different metals based on their melting points and physical properties, ensuring better quality of the finished product.

Upgraded PLC screen control system, equipped with a 7-inch high-definition touch screen, the operation interface is simple and clear. After setting parameters, the machine can automatically work, making it very easy to use. Even inexperienced personnel can quickly learn how to operate.

A receiving bucket is installed below the granulator and equipped with a filter device. Simply unscrew the drainage port at the bottom of the receiving bucket to easily obtain the finished product from the filter.

The vacuum granulation process requires powerful cold water equipment, and the water in the receiving bucket needs to be continuously cooled and circulated to ensure that the melted metal liquid is quickly cooled and formed, ensuring the uniformity of the metal particles and the smoothness of the surface.

The water tank is equipped with a water pump, which generates eddy currents to keep the water in a flowing state, thereby preventing metal particles from sticking together during the forming process and ensuring that the particles are more independent.

Vacuum granulator can process irregular metal blocks and sheet materials into uniformly sized particles. Therefore, it can be widely applied in metal refining plants, precious metal processing plants, jewelry manufacturing plants, and alloy material production plants.
