Product Introduction
The Juyi Precision Steel Mold Wax Injection Machine is engineered for efficient and accurate injection of molten wax into steel molds, producing high-quality wax patterns essential for jewelry, dental, and precision casting applications. This machine ensures consistent wax model replication with excellent surface detail and dimensional accuracy, enhancing downstream casting quality.
Working Principle
Molten wax is heated in the melting cylinder and injected into the steel mold cavity under controlled pressure and stroke length. The injection system guarantees complete filling of the mold’s intricate details. Once filled, the wax cools and solidifies inside the mold before ejection. The machine offers adjustable parameters to optimize injection speed, pressure, and stroke length, accommodating various wax viscosities and mold designs.
Key Advantages
• High Precision and Repeatability: Accurate injection parameters and durable steel molds produce consistent wax patterns.
• Versatile Production Capacities: Available in three models (small, medium, large) to meet different volume and detail requirements.
• Durable Steel Molds: Resistant to wear and maintain mold details over long production cycles.
• Efficient and Cost-Effective: Fast injection and cooling cycles reduce production time and wax waste.
• User-Friendly Operation: Programmable controls allow easy adjustment for diverse casting needs.
